Phase 1 | Onboarding & Vision
We begin by learning about your project, but more importantly, about you. This stage ensures that every design decision moving forward is grounded in your real needs, balancing beauty with genuine functionality. It creates the clarity and trust that carry the project forward.
Phase 2 | Design Development
With a clear vision established, we translate your goals into a cohesive design plan. This includes developing detailed floor plans and elevations, along with carefully selecting furniture, finishes, lighting, and decor. We also design custom furniture and built-ins that are tailored specifically to your space, ensuring every element feels intentional and complete. During this phase, your home begins to take shape in a tangible and exciting way.
Phase 3 | Procurement & Project Management
Once the design is finalized and approvals are in place, we manage the complex process of ordering and coordination. We work closely with our network of artisans, vendors, and workrooms while our professional receivers oversee inspection, receiving, and storage of all items. For renovations and new builds, we collaborate with your contractor and conduct regular site visits to ensure the finished work aligns precisely with the approved design. This stage allows the project to move forward smoothly and with minimal stress for you.
Phase 4 | Installation
We oversee every detail of installation and styling, from furniture placement and art hanging to window treatments and final accessory curation. Each element is thoughtfully arranged to create a layered, cohesive home. Your home is transformed into a space that feels complete, effortless, and entirely yours.
